Your content has to solve their problems from A to Z, and it should have the right length to ensure thoroughness without overwhelming the readers.

Think about what makes you say, “Wow, that’s super interesting!” or “I gotta share this with someone!” That’s the kind of content you want to share with your audience.

  • Use Handy SEO Tools: cool tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, and Ubersuggest give you a lot of useful information about a keyword.

    Things like:
    – How many people are looking up a word each month
    – How tough it is to rank for that word
    – How much ads for that word might cost

But don’t just search for keywords with low difficulty because sometimes these tools can be slightly incorrect. I suggest seeing at least how authoritative the sites on the first page are:

Have a look at the DR (Domain Rating) and Domains columns. They show the strength of the domains on the first page and the number of backlinks a site has.

If your site is brand new, you probably have a Domain Rating (Ahrefs metric) equal to 0, so it’s not a good idea to target keywords where there are only sites with a DR of more than 75 on the first page of Google. A smarter move could be finding easier keywords to rank with lower competition.

  • Find Your Perfect Match: look for “easy” keywords that match what you love talking about because SEO is a long-term game.
